Car Rental Facility and Site Improvements

Budget Rent A Car, LaGuardia Airport, Flushing, NY

Budget’s schedule for the completion of its new facility near LaGuardia Airport allowed no room for slippage – Budget had to leave its old facility in the area by a fixed date, and the new facility had to be fully functioning before that time. The project included a 3,300 square foot Rental Building, a three-dispenser Fuel and Service Island, and a Car Wash. Graf & Lewent coordinated all aspects of the project, including the work of nine consultants and vendors.

The project included a complete re-working of the site drainage, the installation of a 12,000-gallon fuel tank, and all parking facilities, including striping, traffic control devices, and site lighting. By working closely with the Owner and the selected contractors, the project was completed within budget and on time.
