Due to high customer demand, United asked Graf & Lewent to design a “pop-up” Lounge at their hub at Newark Terminal C. The 3,000 square foot Lounge was designed and constructed under a tight time frame and budget, but key amenities, such as phone charging and light re-freshment facilities were carefully incorporated. Graf & Lewent ushered the project through the Port Authority approval process, including reviews by the Port’s health division.
