Graf & Lewent Architects designed United’s new Global Services reception and priority checkpoint facility to provide high level service to United’s best customers. The Reception Area, shown, received 1st Class Club type finishes and meticulous detailing. Critical attention was given to the acoustics and lighting to provide a high level of comfort. As one of the first Global Services installation, Graf & Lewent worked closely with United’s marketing department to insure the facility conveyed the image United seeks to roll out system-wide.
